In 2021, as a group of professionals who are quick to provide customers with the needs of this change and the value of the next generation with an eye to the future, K.MECS ONE launched a new business.

| 1955 | Chiyoda Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. was established in Marunouchi, by Usaku Kameda as a trading company whose main business is domestic sales of plastic products, paints, far-infrared heaters, etc. |

| 1976 | Hideyuki Kameda established Kameda Shoji Co., Ltd. to import and sell sensors, terminal blocks, connectors, cables, etc. from Germany. |
| 1982 | Kameda Toshiyuki appointed as President of Kameda Shoji Co., Ltd. |
| 1985 | Established Chiyoda M & E Co., Ltd. after dissolving the Trade Department of Chiyoda Chemical Industry and appointed Toshiyuki Kameda as Representative Director. |
| 1990 | Kameda Shoji relocated its distribution center to Tamagawa-mura, Hiki-gun, Saitama. |
| 1992 | Kameda Shoji absorbed Chiyoda Chemical Industry and Chiyoda M & E and changed its name to K.MECS Co., Ltd. |
| 1993 | Headquarters relocated from Yurakucho to Kandasuda-cho. |
